Meditation and Buddhism classes
On Saturday 11th July we are having the grand opening of our new centre in 4 Friars Bridge Road. The day will start at 10am and run through to the late afternon. We have invited Sangharakshita, the founder of the FWBO, here to officialy open the new centre. More details soon.
Our next Open Day will be in our new centre at Friars Bridge Road. We are currently renovating the building to be ready for the opening on July 11th. Date for next Open Day is Saturday 5th September.
Next Part I (Beginners) Meditation and Buddhism course starts Tuesday 8th September 2009. Cost for the course £55/£45 con. Click on sidebar for more details. If you're thinking of attending our next Part 1 course, we recommend that you try our Newcomers' Nights first. These are now running regularly at 7.30pm on Tuesdays - just drop in.
These are an introduction to two meditation practices and how to apply Buddhist principles to transform your life. Ideal if it's impractical for you to commit to one of our six-week courses. £7 or donation per evening.
